A total travel addict with a gazillion years in the business, Declan held several senior positions with British Airways worldwide, before striding into Simba Travelcare in 2005. He’s a super guy who takes great pride in us being known as the friendliest travel advisors on the block. It’s always good to have something on the boss, and we’ll never let him forget that time he made the ultimate rookie mistake – arriving at Dublin Airport minus his passport! Declan still gets a huge kick out of booking people’s travel, and his own favourite destination for a break is Nice.
Evolution…first we had sales reps, then sales execs, then account managers, and now Lydia Bakashaba (our longest serving team member). Forget about fancy-pants titles, Lydia is like the matriarch of the herd and the guardian angel of your corporate travel account. With many years’ experience in the industry, her knowledge is mind-boggling and she’ll do everything in her power to protect her clients’ interests and find the best package for your needs.
Behind every great man is a greater woman, so when the boss is playing golf call his assistant and travel advisor extraordinaire Anita Butesi. With an IATA Diploma in Travel & Tourism and a Degree in Ethics & Development Studies, Anita is passionate about helping people discover the world. Her own perfect escape blends relaxation with experiencing new cultures and the Maldives is next on her bucket list.

Diana Najjombwe is our dream-maker, just tell her what you want and she’ll help you plan the holiday of a lifetime.
